National Research Center for Maternal and Child Health is one of the progressive hospitals of National Medical Holding. Our Center opened its doors on 20th August of 2007, when first patients have been admitted.

Our target is to become leading scientific-educational and medical-diagnostic institution on the territory of Central Asia in area of pediatrics, pediatric surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive health of women and men.

Bed capacity of the hospital is 500 beds. Medical service is provided in 31 clinical units with comfort conditions for patients. In addition to state volume of free medical care, Center provides private services, and also cooperates with national and international insurance and assistance companies, including diplomatic missions.

The medical staff implements and uses cutting-edge medical technologies, which have not been introduced in Kazakhstan before. Clinicians also actively work on scientific-technical projects in all medical and diagnostic spheres linked to health of women and children. The Center organizes master-classes and seminars with invited leading foreign and national experts.

National rating administered by Ministry of science and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan confirmed in 2012 the high level of scientific activity of our hospital – 2 place. All this let NRCMCH to be one of the best scientific-educational centers for carrying out large scientific-practical events, and also developing School of Medicine of Nazarbayev University.

In 2012 Center became one of the first clinics on the field of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), which has been accredited by Joint Commission International. JCI accreditation confirms world class of medical services. JCI is a «golden standard» on international arena of medical services.

At the beginning of 2013 Center was awarded in nomination «Breakthrough of the year» for first bone marrow transplantation in children by the results of voting in a frame of Annual Contest «Pharmaceutical constellation».

This is not the only achievements of our Center. We have more to do in order to achieve our strategic goals. We constantly work on improvement of quality of medical services, safety and patients' comfort. We are ready to listen, accept and consider all your feedback, suggestions and comments!
