Kidney center

It is the only center in Kazakhstan where the patient with suspicion on a disease of a urinary system in one office can  receive the qualified help: diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation and all types of replacement kidney therapy.       

In the center children with pathology of a urinary system receive the help:

1. The urological direction, demanding expeditious treatment on bodies of a urinary system.

2. The neurological direction – patients with a disease of kidneys.

3. The patients demanding replacement kidney therapy: hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation of a kidney

Function of the center: to promote decrease in level of a disease of kidneys at children, an invalidation, mortality and, social rehabilitation of children with a chronic renal failure.

Urology: expeditious treatment and rehabilitation in the postoperative period:

1. The congenital and acquired anomalies of development of a urinary system

2. Uretrohydronephrosis, obstructive mega ureter

3. Vesico-ureteric reflux (endoscopic correction, anti-reflux operation)

4. Neurogenic dysfunction of a bladder (at spinal hernia) - introduction of a botulin toxin and rehabilitation

5. Infravesicular obstruction– expeditious treatment (transurethral excision of the valve of a back urethra)

6. Hypospadias, an epispadias – expeditious treatment

7. Exstrophy of a bladder - expeditious treatment

8. A bladder diverticulum - expeditious treatment

9. Cryptochism, small egg dropsy – expeditious treatment

10. Varicocele – endovascular sclerotherapy

1. The congenital and acquired glomerular diseases

2. Chronic diseases of kidneys

3. Maintaining patients after transplantation of kidneys

4. Treatment by biological preparations of heavy forms of glomerular nefrit

5. Kidney biopsy

Dialysis: replacement kidney therapy

1. Hemodialysis

2. Peritoneal dialysis

3. Formation of an arteriovenous fistula

4. Implantation of a peritoneal catheter

5. Children with a sharp renal failure

6. Children with a chronic renal failure

7. Correction of complications of a chronic renal failure – renal anemia, arterial hypertension, phosphorus-calcium violations

Transplantation of a kidney: from the living related donor, cadaveric transplantation:

1. Selection of the donor

2. Training of the donor and recipient

3. A harvesting of a donor kidney laparoscopic and opened in the ways

In 2009 for the first time in Kazakhstan on the basis of JSC National research center for maternal and child health peritoneal dialysis at children (the automated and manual ways) is introduced.

Dr Altynova Venera 

Graduated  Aktyubinsk state medical institute, completed advanced training courses in Almaty, Moscow (Russia), Minsk (Belarus), Korea, she is a doctor the nephrologist of the highest category, the chief non-staff children's nephrologist and the specialist in MZ RK dialysis, the candidate of medical sciences. Has a rank of the excellent student of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan,  noted by the diploma of the Minister of Health of RK. Consists in Association of Nephrologists of Kazakhstan, the Russian Dialysis Society, the International society on a peritonealny dialysis.
